We put our heart and soul into all our products to ensure your complete satisfaction, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you have the right to return your purchase for an exchange or refund.
You must return the goods within 28 days of the date of purchase. If 28 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund. Returned goods must be in their original condition, with no damage or missing parts. They must also be in their original packaging with all tags attached. We also ask that you attach the original invoice that is included with the order and any information/instructions that you would like us to comply with, i.e. a full refund or exchange of the particular item. Returns take 2-3 working days to process after we receive your item.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card. Please wait up to 7 days from the date the item was returned for any money to be refunded to the account from which the purchase was made.
