Use for massage:
Massage hemispheres are convenient to use for training or relieving fatigue. Massage “needles” of the hemispheres can stimulate acupuncture points. Recommended for working with the back, hips, legs, arms.
For example:
To massage your feet: Place the hemispheres on a flat surface – on the floor. Sit comfortably on a chair. Place both feet on the massage hemispheres. Roll your feet over the surface of the hemispheres.
Use for balance training:
Place the hemispheres on a flat surface with the massage side down. Carefully stand on the hemispheres. Maintain balance.
Use for push-ups:
Place the hemispheres on a flat surface, massage side down. Take a position comfortable for push-ups, keeping your palms on the smooth sides of the hemispheres. Perform the required number of push-ups.
