Yoga block (yoga brick, yoga block) is a universal assistant in your yoga practices.

The yoga block performs many important functions:

• reducing the distance to the floor (in the event that your current flexibility does not allow you to safely reach the floor)
• soft grip when needed
• support
• creating a comfortable space for performing exercises (deep splits and others)

The Original FitTools cork yoga block is made of natural cork – an environmentally friendly and durable material. The cork yoga block is heavier than foam yoga blocks, but it provides better grip during exercise.

Please note – the block size is 22.5 x 15 x 7.3 cm. This size is considered universal!
The edges of the yoga block are beveled for a comfortable grip when working with any of the three edges.
